Ham and Cheese Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 1 Slice Italian bread/Ciabatta
- 2 Slices fresh Mozzarella
- 1 tbsp fresh semi skimmed milk
- 1 Slice ham
Method
- Slowly melt the Mozzarella into the milk in a saucepan over a medium heat, stirring frequently until almost dissolved
- Toast the bread on both sides & lay on a warm plate
- Pour the melted cheese over the toast
- Arrange the ham on top
- Serve on a clean bread board
