Tomato Mozzarella & Chilli Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Ciabatta/country style bread
  • 4 Ripe vine tomatoes
  • 12 slices of Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Red chilli pepper, de-seeded & thinly sliced, or a little ready made chilli paste
  • Oregano
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Method

  • Slice the tomatoes & mozzarella thinly
  • Toast the bread both sides.
  • Arrange the tomato & mozzarella on the bread slightly overlapping
  • Season with salt, oregano, olive oil
  • Finally, sprinkle chilli pepper over top
