Tomato Mozzarella & Chilli Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 4 slices Ciabatta/country style bread
- 4 Ripe vine tomatoes
- 12 slices of Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Red chilli pepper, de-seeded & thinly sliced, or a little ready made chilli paste
- Oregano
- Extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Slice the tomatoes & mozzarella thinly
- Toast the bread both sides.
- Arrange the tomato & mozzarella on the bread slightly overlapping
- Season with salt, oregano, olive oil
- Finally, sprinkle chilli pepper over top
