Walnut and Goats milk Cheese Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 1 Slice Italian bread
- 50g goats milk cheese
- 1 tsp garlic butter
- 1 tsp Anchovy paste
- 2-3 chopped walnuts
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- Olive oil
Method
- Combine the garlic butter, goats milk cheese, anchovy paste, walnuts, red pepper and a little olive oil in a food processor
- Blend at a low speed to incorporate all the ingredients to a creamy mixture
- Toast the bread
- Spread the mixture over the toast
- Top with walnuts
- Serve on a plate or clean bread board
