Poppyseed Bread

Ingredients
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
Method
- Preheat the oven to 325°F 160/170C Gas mark 3
- Grease and flour two 9" by 5" loaf tins.
- Mix the flour, salt, sugar, and soda in a mixing bowl.
- Add the vanilla, milk, eggs and oil and beat for 5 minutes with an electric mixer.
- Stir in the poppy seed.
- Pour the batter into 2 loaf tins.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Cool.
