Ham and Cheese Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 1 Slice Italian bread/Ciabatta
  • 2 Slices fresh Mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp fresh semi skimmed milk
  • 1 Slice ham

Method

  • Slowly melt the Mozzarella into the milk in a saucepan over a medium heat, stirring frequently until almost dissolved
  • Toast the bread on both sides & lay on a warm plate
  • Pour the melted cheese over the toast
  • Arrange the ham on top
  • Serve on a clean bread board
