Pizzaiola Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 Can chopped tomatoes
- 1 Clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 Tsp Dried oregano
- Pinch dried basil
- 1 Tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
- Heat the oil in a large non stick wok or frying pan
- Add the garlic and turn the heat down, fry gently for a couple of minutes
- Add the tomatoes, dried oregano, basil and sugar
- Bring to the boil, turn the heat down and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
