Me and Him.
This is where I can sit comfortably with my hobby and hubby. It's where I can concentrate on my favourite things FOOD AND COOKING with good results. No offence but I'm glad I'm not a vegan, I don't want to spend the last 10 years of my life dying of nothing! We all have to eat at some point, so in our house it's not “what's for dinner?" More a case of "how long will dinner be?"
We won’t even know that morning but, and here's the shortcut, when we do a weekly shop, we make sure we get the basics, tomatoes, diced pancetta pack, pasta, fresh basil, then we go from there.
You can always find something tasty to cook up, and who ever arrives home first usually makes a start.
You can adlib from a recipe, it doesn’t have to be exact, baking “yes”, dinners “no”.

Italy is our main passion, the food is to die for, the landscape, the people, the Trattorias, the wine, the seasons…sorry, what was I saying, oh yeah.
A lot of our recipes revolve around Italy, influenced by the regions, although not all of our recipes are of Italian origin, you might find the odd Thai curry and some traditional basic cooking.
