Ingredients

  • 1 Pkt Jus-rol filo pastry sheets
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 carton of plain yoghurt
  • 2oz/56g Feta cheese
  • 7 Tsp honey
  • Olive oil for brushing

Method

  • Mix together the egg and yoghurt in a medium bowl
  • Crumble in the feta cheese and stir
  • Put to one side
  • Lay out the pastry sheets and brush with a little oil
  • Drizzle over a little honey onto the sheet
  • Spoon the yoghurt mixture onto the middle of the pastry sheet, in a straight line
  • Roll the yoghurt filled pastry sheets into tube shapes
  • Carefully lay onto a baking or pizza tray, making a spiral shape
  • Brush a little olive oil over top
  • Bake in the middle of a preheated oven 375°F/190°C/gas mark 5 for about 30 minutes until golden brown
