Cheese and Tomato Puffs

Ingredients
- 1 Pkt Puff pastry (shop bought)
- 4oz/115g Gorgonzola Cheese
- 7-8 Baby tomatoes cut into 3 slices

Method
- Lay out the pastry on a clean surface
- Use a pastry cutter to cut about 20 squares
- Carefully lay the squares on a baking tray
- Put a teaspoonful of cheese on each square, diagonally; don't go too near the edges
- Lay 2 slices of tomato on top of the cheese
- Bake in a preheated oven 220°C/425°F/Gas mark 7 for 10-15 minutes
