Cheese and Tomato Puffs

Cooking Time 10-15 mins

  • 1 Pkt Puff pastry (shop bought)
  • 4oz/115g Gorgonzola Cheese
  • 7-8 Baby tomatoes cut into 3 slices



  • Lay out the pastry on a clean surface
  • Use a pastry cutter to cut about 20 squares
  • Carefully lay the squares on a baking tray
  • Put a teaspoonful of cheese on each square, diagonally; don't go too near the edges
  • Lay 2 slices of tomato on top of the cheese
  • Bake in a preheated oven 220°C/425°F/Gas mark 7 for 10-15 minutes



  • Baking tray
  • Square pastry cutter 2"/50mm
