Capellini with Asparagus

Ingredients
- 225g/8oz Capellini(Angel hair)pasta
- 2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 10-12 Asparagus spears, washed and roughly chopped
- Small tin Chicken soup
- 8-10 Small mushrooms, sliced
- Large pinch chili flakes
- 55g/2oz Parmesan cheese shavings
Method
- Cook the pasta in a saucepan of boiling water, according to packet instructions
- Meanwhile heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok
- Add the asparagus and saute for a few minutes
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for a few seconds
- Add the chicken soup and heat through, 2-3 minutes
- Sprinkle on the chili flakes and stir
- Drain the pasta and gently mix into the sauce
- Season with salt, and freshly milled black pepper
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese shavings
