Seafood Pizza

Ingredients
- Pizza dough
Topping
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x quantity tomato sauce(see Italian sauces)
- 8oz/225g packet of mixed fresh or frozen and defrosted seafood
- 1/2 red pepper, deseeded and chopped
- 1/2 yellow pepper, deseeded and chopped
- 1 tbsp capers
- 2oz/55g taleggio cheese, grated
- 1/2tsp oregano
- 2 1/2oz/70g anchovy fillets in oil, drained and thinly sliced
- 5-10 black olives, pitted
- Salt and freshly grated black pepper
Method
- Spread the tomato sauce over the base leaving a small gap at the edge
- Arrange the seafood (if using frozen, defrost before using), peppers and capers evenly on top
- Sprinkle the cheeses and oregano evenly all over
- Finally add the anchovies and olives
- Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper
- Bake in a preheated oven 425F/220C/gas mark 7 for 25 minutes
- Cheese should have melted and crust is crisp
- Serve
